This coffee is grown by our friend, Nancy Hernandez, of Finca El Jazmin in La Paz, Honduras.
In a country dominated by male coffee producers, Nancy stands as a role model for women in Honduras who want to start their own business. Her farm is only 7.5 acres, but what she lacks in coffee quantity, she makes up for in quality. Her coffee typically exhibits wonderful notes of cranberry, sugarcane, and meyer lemon with smooth citrus undertones. We are proud to showcase her passion and hard work harvest after harvest.
