Description
Similar in technique to the Jasmine Pearls, this tea features withered and steamed tea leaves that unfurl when steeped. This tea was given its descriptive name because of the smaller hand rolled pellets that make up its body. The act of withering and steaming the leaves give this tea a smoky, astringent quality and a golden honey liquor.
