Description
As in the true style of Chinese back tea, this tea is comprised of leaves that were left to oxidize for a long period after being picked. The leaves were then exposed to heat over a wood fire to accelerate the drying process and impart the smoky, spicy flavors into the tea. Once brewed, it creates a dark red liquor that is both bright and rich.
